As always, the hazelnuts are roasted in small-batches for optimal freshness. The texture is halfway between crunchy and smooth.

Shelf life and storage: Nut paste is best consumed within 6 months of the manufacture date. It is best stored between 10 and 20 0C, away from direct sunlight, and protected from moisture. We don’t recommend refrigerating our products unless absolutely necessary. If you choose to refrigerate, please make sure to store in an airtight container and allow cold products to come to room temperature before consuming
