Red pepper is the sweet flagship of Cambodia – the true champagne among pepper and one which only a few countries in the world can grow. Why? The harvesting process is extremely demanding and the climatic conditions to ripen the grain must be perfect – a combination only the Kampot region of Cambodia, renowned for its genuine red pepper, provides.

The cherry red balls are incredibly sweet and fruity, the first things you smell are berries, apples, roses, cherry and rosehip. They don’t burn at first, but after one minute the spiciness of the pepper develops and conjures up a literal pepper explosion in your mouth. It is said to be the most aromatic pepper in the world.

Ingredients: Cocoa mass/nibs, cocoa butter, mango puree, grapefruit juice concentrate, erythritol, almond flour, inulin, whey protein, coconut oil, red palm kernel oil,  roasted cashew, shredded coconut, xylitol, sorbitol, isomalt, soy protein, peanuts butter, lemon juice concentrate, organic sunflower lecithin, red kampot pepper.

Shelf life and storage: Our chocolate bonbons are best consumed within 3 months of the manufacture date, and you can find this information printed on the back of the package itself. It is best stored between 10 and 20 0C, away from direct sunlight, and protected from moisture. We don’t recommend refrigerating our products unless absolutely necessary. If you choose to refrigerate, please make sure to store in an airtight container and allow cold products to come to room temperature before consuming
