Hi, my name is Mariia and I am Ukrainian chocolatier in Canada, Ontario, who creates bean-to-bar chocolate and sugar-free and high in protein vegetarian amazing bonbons.
In my craft store CHOCOLABY cocoa becomes an art! I love, understand and use only natural ingredients and unique spices. I’m ready to stay up at night to create something masterpiece, to go to the ends of the world for a rare but necessary component. Therefore, I offer:

• truffles and bonbons (classic, vegan-bacon, peanut, coffee-whiskey, coffee-tonka bean etc);

• mini-bars (hazelnut praline with crispy royaltine, salted caramel with pecan, cranberry and blueberry gel with pecan ganache, mint fresh etc);
• bean-to-bar chocolate (cocoa beans from Ecuador, Tanzania, Thailand and Venezuela);
• nut pastes (almond butter with tonka bean and cherry, caramelized hazelnut butter with cocoa, salted pistachio with cranberry and lemon zest);  
• freeze dried fruits in white and milk chocolate.
